Creating Custom Reports (Structureviews) in Factview
In Factview, a report is called a Structureview.
A Structureview combines:
-
A Structure (the layout and grouping of data).
-
A View (how the data is displayed).
This allows financial data to be presented in a flexible and organized way.
Adding a Report Structure
Creating a new report consists of three steps:
-
Create the structure.
-
Build the groups.
-
Link General Ledger Accounts or groups.
Creating a New Report Structure
Go to Data → Manage and Organize → Report Structures and select Add New.
This opens the window for creating a new report structure.
